3.FANUC numerical control system to make the machine with high stability.
4.High efficiency processing machine spindle maximum speed 4000 revolutions / minutes, X, Y axis fast moving speed up to 18m/min. Automatic bar feeder can be configured to achieve high-speed, efficient automatic processing.
5.Hydraulic tool tower-adopts high precision hydraulic cutter tower with many tool positions, high speed, stable, accurate and large saving processing time.
6.High precision feed and feed all axis servo drive. The Japanese THK high precision ball screw rod is adopted to ensure machining accuracy and long time accuracy, and feed axis repeat positioning accuracy <1.5μm.
7.Bed structure - high rigid cast iron 60 degree oblique bed structure, fluency, compact structure, beautiful shape.
9.Hydraulic tail stock – tail stock guide rail removable, flexible configuration, greatly improve the machining precision and efficiency of shaft parts greatly save processing time.
